Dear Partners, Dear Friends,

Thank you very much for the visit paid in Constanta - it was a great pleasure to have you in our Academy and you will always be welcome among our team!

Regarding our last discussions, please send me the presentations that you have delivered in Constanta, and any of the created materials from our first module ”Onboard Healthy Nutrition”. Please apply to our materials the format that you will find it on our portal: https://marplat.eu/mod/folder/view.php?id=1963 .

I also have posted the samples delivered by Pinar with the kind request to help me to draft and to collect the materials regarding the ”Onboard Healthy Nutrition” according to the syllabus (colored version, with responsibilities from here: https://marplat.eu/mod/folder/view.php?id=788.

Once received your contributions, I will be ready to draft the intermediary report and to share the rest of 40% precents of the project budget to the partners.

Not in the last, as inquired, please fill in the table attached, regarding the working groups team members from each partner, to be able to start working for the next modules as well. For planning purposes, I have updated and reposted the project management ppt, just take a look, and if any changes suggested, just let me know!

Thank you in advance and I wish you all a perfect day!

Kindest regards,

Catalin

Dear Professor Popa,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your nice message and the warm hospitality to us in Constanta. It was truly an honor to participate in this collaborative initiative at the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran." Regarding the training materials, I kindly request a bit more time to fully adapt my presentations to the specified format. I already uploaded the files, so you can have access to the working versions during this period. Currently, I am engaged in a nuclear power plant audit, which will occupy the next two days. I am confident that the finalized files will be prepared by Monday, after which I will ensure their immediate delivery to you. Thank you very much for your patience and support, and I apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
With best regards,

Marieta

Dear Catalin/ All,

I've just uploaded the relevant material for week's 4 lecture on "Food safety and hygiene" (pls see folder "Wk4_Food Safety and Hygiene Practices" in "A2.2. ”Onboard Healthy Nutrition Fundamentals” training module development", https://marplat.eu/mod/folder/view.php?id=1985 ). Could you please let me know if that's ok or need any further refinmends?

I'll keep adding the rest of the material (i.e., wk5, and wk8) aiming to finalise this part before the Christmas closure, but is quite likely that it will be camera ready just before the end of the year. Hope that's fine.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Best regards,
Sila

Dear Catalin and Pinar,

I'm pleased to say that all UAegean's relevant material regarding the "Onboard healthy nutrition" training module has been uploaded on moodle (pls. see relevant folders "Week 4", "Week 5" and "Week 8". Could you please have a quick look and let me know if I missed anything?

In the meantime I hope we all have a lovely and well-deserved break and enjoy the festive period with family and friends far away from our PCs :-) !

Best regards,
Sila
